Dr. Amy S. Desroches is Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Winnipeg. She earned her Ph.D. in Psychology from Western University, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Northwestern University.

Her research uses cognitive and neuroimaging methods to explore the development of reading and language. This work has furthered our understanding of language processing, the neural basis of learning disorders of reading and language, and language co-activation in bilinguals.
